Morteza Jorak (“Company,” “I,” or “Morteza Jorak”) has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how Company collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Company’s iOS iMessage Sticker Pack. Company respects the privacy of the users of their Sticker Packs (“User” or “you”) and is committed to protecting your information. You have a right to know Company’s practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our sticker packs. Company operates certain mobile applications (sticker packs) which may be viewed as being directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and are distributed in the App Store.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy as reasonably necessary, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the sticker apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DISAGREE WITH ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, AND/OR USE THE STICKER APPS, AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE THEM, AND ANY PART THEREOF, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian for permission to access the sticker pack after they review this Privacy Policy. We encourage parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children’s online experience. This Privacy Policy is designated to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old with guidance regarding our privacy policies and principles when using the sticker pack.
1. Personal Information
While you use the sticker pack, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Users under the age of 13. We specifically prohibit any User under the age of 13 from providing us with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 and you believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at morteza.jorak@gmail.com.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes without limitation the following:
- First and last name;
- A home or other physical address, including street name and name of a city or town;
- Online contact information;
- A screen or user name that functions as online contact information;
- A telephone number;
- A social security number;
- A photograph, video, or audio file containing a child’s image or voice;
- Geolocation information sufficient to identify a User’s street name and name of a city or town;
- Any information collected online from a child (and/or the child’s legal guardian) and combined with any item of information listed above.
We do not directly collect and store on our servers any Personal Information from Users of the sticker pack.
2. Non-personal Data
The sticker pack collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc., as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). We only receive data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.
With respect to such sticker packs Non-personal Data, we have no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker pack Non-personal Data. Sticker pack Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g., iPhone, iPad, iPod), country of sale (e.g., United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc.), or any number of additional information.
3. How User Information is Collected
The above-mentioned Non-personal Data are collected by Apple, Inc., and stored on Apple’s servers. We access the data via iTunes Connect and App Analytics. For more information on Apple’s User Information collection, please refer to their privacy policy at http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
4. Advertising
We do not display advertising in our Sticker pack.
